Our small group training sessions are the perfect way to increase your fitness and a great way to test out our Wahoo KICKR smart trainer’s. It’s an affordable way to train to power with a DoE coach alongside other riders who are training towards similar events.

As a WAHOO fitness dealer we’ve set up the perfect training zone for you to test drive their awesome indoor power trainers and to be coached in small group training classes to increase your power, endurance and fitness leading up to an event. Whether you’re looking for the accuracy and control of a direct-drive bike trainer or the flexibility and convenience of a wheel-on solution, KICKR and KICKR SNAP offer two distinct indoor training solutions.

We will offer an array of bike power classes using different software with our Wahoo KICKR SNAP trainers, including the Erg+Video which we have been using for years to train our 121 cycling client’s. In these training sessions you’ll be able to ride the same training intervals as your classmate, but the resistance will be held at percentages above and below your own personal FTP (Functional Threshold Power).


Zwift Virtual Power Training Rides at Department of Endurance Fulham LondonZwift Virtual Rides

Zwift translates your real world effort into speed in the digital one. Your power, measured by the watts you produce, propels you through the digital landscape. Just like the real world, your speed is adjusted for your height, weight and the road gradient. You’re even give you credit for drafting. DoE will be working alongside Zwift as they release their IOS version which we’ll be able to use for organised studio sessions and were other DoE members can ride along at home as a Virtual Ride.

Stay tuned for our out-rides and events which we’ll send out information on through our mailing list and on social media. We will run a number a different types of rides for all levels throughout the year. These sessions range from bike skills for beginners to tempo intervals for the more advanced rider in the park, to longer endurance rides for those training for sportive’s or iron-distance triathlons.
